The food supplement consists of natural plant extracts - lemon balm leaves, valerian root, hops and fruit fennel, which are obtained only from organic certified Polish crops and using organic extraction methods, i.e. by water extraction without the use of chemical solvents.

Fennel fruit extract	50mg	100mg

Ingredients: organic lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis L.), organic valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis L.), organic common hops extract (Humulus lupulus L.), organic fennel fruit extract (Foeniculum vulgare Mill .), Bulking agent: organic acacia fibre.

Recommended daily dose: 1 tablet, twice a day with water.
