Ingredients: Wheat germ oil, L-cysteine, coconut oil, iron (iron fumarate II), L-methionine, soy lecithin, thickener: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, bamboo shoot extract, L-lysine, thickening agent: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol), hydrolyzate of rice proteins and sodium (IV) selenate, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), coconut oil, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), biotin (D-biotin), capsule shell: (binder: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), (natural colour: chlorophyll).

Recommended daily dose: 1-2 capsules during or after a meal with water.
