BeOrganic GREEN MIX BIO is a mix of organic proteins from pumpkin seeds, brown rice and hemp. This composition provides a full spectrum of amino acids and a high protein quality factor (CS=163), in accordance with WHO standards1.

BeOrganic GREEN MIX is therefore a rich source of wholesome vegetable protein (64% protein), perfectly fitting into a high-protein, vegan or vegetarian diet. 1 The chemical score of the protein CS (chemical score) was calculated according to the methodology established by the World Health Organization (WHO technical report series, No. 724). The CS index is understood as the lowest of the ratios of the amount of each essential amino acid in the test protein (limiting amino acid) and the amount of the corresponding amino acid in the reference protein (hen's egg white). For the protein to be considered complete, the CS factor cannot be lower than 100.
